Refund Policy

We work hard to provide the best trading journal software in the market. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and returns.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

PipStacks offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software as a service). Therefore, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and access to the software has been granted.

When you purchase a subscription (Monthly or Yearly), you are paying for access to the software for that specific period.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing automatically. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Access: You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

3. Refund Exceptions

We may honor requests for a full or partial refund under the specific circumstances listed below. These requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date:

  • Major Technical Defects: Although all features are tested, unexpected errors may occur. If a critical bug prevents you from using the core features of the software and our support team cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical glitch, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
  • Non-delivery: If you paid but did not receive account access due to a server error.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID (sent to your email by PayHere) and a detailed description of the issue.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card/Bank Account) via our payment processor, PayHere. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
