Terms of Service

By accessing or using PipStacks ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. No Financial Advice

PipStacks is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and the associated risks. Trading involves the risk of losing money.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

• Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely by PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refunds

Since PipStacks offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we generally do not provide refunds after the product is purchased. Please review our Return Policy for specific exceptions regarding technical failures.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., displaying your analytics).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PipStacks, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
